De Lima: Willing to resign

Senator Leila De Lima is willing to resign if President Duterte can provide an authentic proof of her involvement in illegal drugs.

Senator Leila De Lima said in her latest press conference,

“I’m willing to resign. I’m willing to be shot in front of the President if there is authentic evidence that is not fabricated.”

“I’m telling you Mr. President, ayaw ko pong mapahiya kayo.

I will stand by my innocence, now and forever,”

While Senator Leila De Lima denies President Duterte's accusation against her and her involvement in illegal drugs she said in her last interview that there are "Snippets of truth" in President Duterte's allegations.

While the question remains what are the "Snippets of truth" and what are the lies.

As a Filipino, my unsolicited advice to Madam Senator Leila De Lima, please come clean, stop lying to the public, stop hiding what ever it is you are hiding, you said that there are "Snippets of truth" then what are those, as far as the truth is concern the fact that you are hiding some thing to the Filipino people then you are a liar, you cannot be trusted, you do not deserved to be a Senator, I do hope that I'm wrong and that the President is wrong so that you will be proven innocent.

Risa Hontiveros and Phil health funds

Madam Risa Hontiveros, we understand how deeply offended you are after hearing the statement of President Duterte against Senator Leila De Lima.

We are also offended and need your further explanation and answer the controversy behind the used of Phil health funds for your own personal gain.

You spend money for an infomercial when in fact you could have spend the money to improve the services of Phil Health, you have avoided the issue to many times perhaps its time for you to answer it now don't you think?

De Lima: Nothing wrong with Aquino publicly naming and shaming Government Officials

Leila De Lima once said that there is nothing wrong with naming and shaming Government Officials, that was when the President was Noynoy Aquino so what changed?

When former President Noynoy Aquino was naming and shaming Government officials Leila De Lima secretary of justice at that time had this to say:

"Tama lang iyong isapubliko ni Presidente iyong kanyang frustration at galit sa mga ahensiya na iyon na nasa negative list,"

"Tama lang iyong 'naming and shaming' kasi mukhang hindi nga sila natatablan kahit nagfa-file tayo ng mga kaso, mayroong mga administratively charged, mayroon din mga criminally charged,"

- source: newsinfolearn.com

If former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino can do this during his administration then that means by all rights current President Rodrigo "Digong" Duterte has the same rights as well.

Then by all means President Duterte did not abuse his powers, he only named the government officials that are on his NEGATIVE LIST, officials that are possibly connected to illegal drugs and apparently you are one of them.

What goes around comes around Madam Senador Leila De Lima.

Senator Leila De Lima: Duterte's accusation, a bits of truth

In her latest interview Senator Leila De Lima confirm a bits of truth against the accusation of President Duterte but confidently denies her connection to illegal drugs and love affair with her driver.

"May kaunting totoo dyan, pero karamihan dyan, exaggerations, distortions and lies. And foremost of the lies, is yung sinasabing na may nangongolekta para sa akin sa Bilibid. That is an absolute lie,"

"We’ve seen some snippets of facts, snippets of truths, but the bulk of it are distortions, exaggerations, and lies,"

- source: GMA NEWS

So which is which madam Senator? What is the truth and what is not?

This also means that you have lied to the public all this time if you some of the accusations are true then you are guilty of something what ever it is that you are hiding, and thus your'e integrity as a public servant is in question.

Where is Sandra Cam now?

Looks like the former administration has some explaining to do, Sandra Cam was trying her best to reveal the truth about Leila De Lima's love affair and possible connection to illegal activities.

Below is a video of Sandra Cam's interview with Aksyon TV - Channel 5

Leila De Lima and her illicit affairs

Remember Sandra Cam? President of the Whistle blowers Association of the Philippines.

Sandra was one of the people that opposes Leila De Lima's confirmation as Secretary of Justice, in her statement - “De Lima’s personal life is likewise replete with controversies which overthrow her integrity as a public servant,”

“Her illicit affair with Cesar Mancao has been circulating in the media for quite some time. Furthermore, reports have it that the Secretary is engaged in another illicit affair with her married driver, Ronnie Dayan,”

- source: inquirer.net

So I guess Leila De Lima's love affair with her driver is something that is not new any more, I mean President Duterte is not the first person that accuse her but for some reason the media or the public might have overlooked this before.

President Duterte: Low and Shameful

President Duterte is now labeled as low and shameful due to his statement with Senator Leila De Lima, while others called it as a foul move.

When former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino said the following lines to Kenneth Yu Uy - "Eh buhay ka pa naman, di ba (You’re still alive, anyway),”  - source: Philstar.com

Was it not low and shameful as well? was it not foul coming from a President? considering the situation back then.

FYI Kenneth Yu Uy is one of the victim of Super Typhoon Yolanda in November 2013, and according to Philstar.com the man already passed away.

How about when Senator Leila De Lima was DOJ Secretary and violated the human rights of former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, was it not foul?

Below is the Facebook status of the former gentleman to Senator Leila De Lima

I guess the former gentleman was right after all, its Karma right now Senator Leila De Lima.

Leila De Lima and the Love Affair

President Duterte said that he has evidence and the lover / driver of Leila De Lima may turn witness regarding the allegations Leila De Lima is facing towards her connection to Drug lords and illegal activities.

While Sen. Leila De Lima asked that the President and the Public to spare her family and personal life of criticism and scandal.

President Duterte said that,

“She created the scandal. She knows she is a public official,”

"If you are in public office de Lima, your life is an open book."

"Here is an immoral woman, flaunting well of course in so far as wife of the driver was concerned, it’s adultery. Here is a woman who funded the house of her lover and yet we do not see any complaint about it,”

- source: Philstar.com

While the public's opinion is divided against the accusation and revelation of President Duterte, Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo said that,

“Remember, the information given by President Duterte is in relation to her being a public (official)… So that encompasses within the duty of the president to serve and protect the people and to inform the state of the nation of whatever is being done by the government officials and whatever situation we are in now,”

“Under the Constitution, all public officials are accountable to their acts. So if you do an illegal act or an act which is contrary to the demeanor of a public official, then you open yourself to criticism,”

- source: Philstar.com

Definitely the public deserve to know if Sen. Leila De Lima is involved in illegal drugs and the love affair with the driver might be the key

Leila De Lima and the Mamasapano Case

Remember the Mamasapano Case? the fallen 44 SAF Troopers

source: Philstar.com

The secretary and her false promises. She even identified 90 suspects for the case of Mamasapano base on the report of NBI

“We are filing the cases in a month’s time,” Justice Secretary Leila de Lima told the House appropriations committee chaired by Davao City Rep. Isidro Ungab. - source: Philstar.com

Leila De Lima was the Secretary of Justice and yet she confidently said that

“There’s a crime but there
are no assailants because there are no witnesses. We can only do so much. We cannot invent our findings,” - source: inquirer.net

Which resulted to their report of NOT filing any charges against the deaths of SAF Troopers.

Sadly the case was close and the families of the fallen 44 cried for justice.

Leila De Lima said,

“The term ‘massacre’ is a non-legal and more often emotionally loaded term. We will not confine our report to the issue of whether there was a massacre or not” - source: politics.com.ph

Until recently Senator Bongbong Marcos requested for the senate committee to reopen the case last January 6, 2016.

”De Lima should answer as to why no cases have been filed against these 90 individuals despite having evidences and eyewitnesses and even videos of the brutal encounter,” - Senator Bongbong Marcos

If Leila De Lima is really helping the powerless how could she ignore the families of the fallen 44, she can use the resources of the government as DOJ secretary to gather more evidence, thankfully #changehascome

Be strong De Lima para sa Driver

I found this photo in social media.

De Lima para sa Driver

Investigate Sen. De Lima

Thanks to http://manila.coconuts.co/ for putting up the 11 cringe-worthy lines from Sen. De Lima

Sen. De Lima once said:

"Yes. Mr. President, there is no shabu laboratory inside the Bilibid Prison, not even in the tunnels under it."

Oh well this was proven already, how many raids was that again? coz I failed to count them, but again there was really no shabu laboratory only Drug Lords with illegal drugs, money, and SEX TOYS!!!

Sen. De Lima once said:

"It is the powerless and the helpless who most need our love and protection, not the powerful."

Oh Yeah the Drug Lords were not powerful, they were inside bilibid prison and they had bathtub, roof-top swimming pool, wireless connection, flat screen tv, money and SEX TOYS!!!

Sen. De Lima once said:

"I will not fall without a fight. I will not go into that good night without nary a whimper..."

I think this is for the wife and the driver, OOPS!

and here is the video from youtube.com  were De Lima sings for the Drug Lord and she was Secretary of Justice during this video.

Perhaps the song is not dedicated for the Drug Lord but for the Driver...

De Lima Drugs and Love affair

I was not surprise after hearing the news of Sen. De Lima and her involvement in illegal drugs however what actually surprise me was her love affair with the married driver.

According to GMA News Sen. De Lima funded the construction of the driver's house using money from illegal drugs.

she funded the construction of her driver's house with drug money. - See more at: http://www.gmanetwork.com

While President Duterte did not show any evidence yet related to his statement:

"In fairness, I will never say here that the driver gave the money to her but from the looks of it, she has it," Duterte said.

Surely the public would love to see the evidence to prove the allegations of the President, and that is something to look forward on the next coming days as the story progress

VP Robredo, not enough outrage on extrajudicial killings

credits: Rose-An Jessica Dioquino, GMA News
Vice-President Leni Robredo called on Filipino's to join in the "few voices" against extrajudicial killings and the prevailing culture of violence.

Madam Vice-President, I'm a Filipino and I'm against extrajudicial killings related to suspected drug traffickers, pushers, and anyone with something to do against illegal drugs.

Now you maybe wondering why there have been few voices about these killings, now like you I'm also a small voice, I do not hold any position in the government and I'm one of the ordinary Filipino people that commutes and travel at night in order to get to my work.

Madam I know that the number of extrajudicial killings is increasing and there are several Senator's, Congressman and other agencies like CHR and even the church that are worried, we value life more than anything else but its also sad for ordinary people like me to witness that officials like you are more concern about the well being of these people that are involved in illegal drugs.

Madam I hope that you are aware that the number of victims are higher rather than those of extrajudicial killings, there are also those unresolved cases of rape, and murder and I believe that they are more than the number of extrajudicial killings as well, the problem with drugs did not started when Duterte becomes the President, we have been fighting for this war for decades now and the past administrations had failed to do their duty and ensure the safety of the majority of the population.

Now to answer your question why there are few voices against extrajudicial killings, I'm sure you already know the answer for that.

I do not promote vendetta, but we cannot deny the people of their hatred and we are also tired of the many excuses of the government, the justice system and the way senators act like they are protecting the rights of these suspects and drug lords.

Today's generation is different, again we are already tired, while extrajudicial killings are not the best way to address the issue against drugs but some settled for it, why? because you as a government official have failed to address our safety.

"Do we really want this?" - you asked, well I do not want this, I want to see justice, I want to see suspects and drug lords put to jail, can you do that Madam? can you ensure our safety?

Can you make sure that you can arrest these suspects without killing them, can make sure that my friend who is a police officer and she is an honest good hardworking police officer, that we can still laugh and drink with her, because Madam in the past there are several police officers that were killed because they try to report a suspected involvement on illegal drugs. or they were killed trying to arrest a drug addict.

Again Madam I do not support extrajudicial killings, but if you can do better then please do so and then perhaps you will start seeing changes in the culture.
